This is a typical gourmet raw foodist dessert – full of overt fats and bad food combining at its finest – but a treat for the eyes and the taste buds nonetheless.
~1 Avocado
~1 banana
~250g Berries
~1 tsp Coconut Flakes
~Pecans
Blend the avocado, banana and berries. Pour into a pretty mug and top with some pecans and coconut.
