It was with this recipe that my love for raw banana ice-cream began, and after which I started getting funky and fun with perfecting different new flavours. Although I now consume very few nuts, since discovering the high-carb low-fat raw vegan lifestyle (about which I will be making a post very soon!), I made this a while ago and just have to include it as it looks so pretty! ~4 or 5 Bananas (frozen) ~3 Figs (if dried, soak them overnight in some water) ~1 tbsp Cashews ~Berries Blitz everything until it has reached your desired ice-cream consistency. Top with some berry bonanza!
