~5 tbsp Raw Buckwheat
~1 Banana (frozen)
Soak the buckwheat overnight in a bowl of water (the buckwheat doesn’t completely absorb the liquid so don’t worry about adding too much water!). Drain and rinse in the morning, before blitzing with the frozen banana. No milks needed!
Here I topped my buckwheat with figs, kiwi and a tsp of hazelnut butter. Mmmm.
