This is (possibly) my favourite smoothie. Pineapples give smoothies an amazingly smooth, thick and creamy consistency, just like liquid marshmallow. I definitely need to find a bigger jug for this one…it’s overflowing and there was already some left in the blitzer after pouring! Really simple recipe too.
~1/2 Pineapple
~3 or 4 Bananas (frozen)
~4 Prunes (important to soak these overnight)
~1 tsp Maca Powder or 1 scoop Raw Vegan Vanilla Sunwarrior Protein Powder (for those workout days!)
